Tracey K. Higgins Joins W. F. Young, Inc. As Corporate Brand Manager

W. F. Young, Inc., international marketer of the Absorbine®, Equine America®, and Magic Cushion™ lines of equine health care products and the Absorbine Jr® line of consumer health care products, has appointed Tracey K. Higgins as Corporate Brand Manager. Ms. Higgins brings 25 years of experience in both the animal health and human pharmaceutical industries in a variety of roles. In her new role, Ms. Higgins will lead the company’s brand building and channel marketing strategy and report directly to Jaime D. McKinley, Vice President of Marketing and New Business Development. “Tracey has a proven track record in both consumer packaged goods and pet care. Her customer-centric approach to product innovation and promotion will allow the company to execute our goal solidifying the company’s relationships with accounts by providing value via market share growth,” stated Ms. McKinley.

Ms. Higgins has most recently been with PBI Gordon of Kansas City, Missouri, as Director of Marketing. She was also employed for over 20 years with Merck & Company, Inc. in a variety of roles in sales, operations, product management, and marketing. A horse enthusiast, she has been riding since the age of seven and has competed in jumping, dressage and eventing, and currently competes through the FEI level in combined driving. Ms. Higgins is a member of the United States Equestrian Federation, United States Dressage Federation, and the American Driving Society. She holds an MBA from the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University and a BS in Animal Science & Production from Penn State University.
